A Ross County man has been found not guilty of murdering his brother-in-law.

64-year-old Bernard Holbrook was accused of fatally shooting 53-year-old Jay Broughton on Bull Creek Road April 16th.

Holbrook’s attorney says he felt threatened by Broughton and shot him in self-defense.
