Two Local Bar Owners Indicted on Drug Charges

Two local business owners have been indicted on several drug-charges by a federal grand jury.
42-year-old Joseph Marasco of Pataskala and 33-year-old Robert Fusner of Grove City own Captain Woody’s.
They were also indicted on a charge of laundering drug money to actually purchase the establishment and three counts of filing false income tax returns in 2001, 2002 and 2003.
All of the alleged incidents reportedly took place from 1997 to 2006.
