A Heath man is charged in the overdose death of another man he injected with heroin.

A grand jury indicted 29-year-old Jack Lepley today (Friday) on one count of involuntary manslaughter.

Authorities say a 48-year-old Heath man died April 11th of a multiple drug overdose. Detectives say Lepley admitted to injecting the man with heroin at his apartment of Nadine Drive.

Lepley was arrested a few days after the man’s death. He was charged with drug trafficking and possession of heroin, after he allegedly made a sale to a confidential informant.
