A Perry County man has been indicted on charges that accuse him of allegedly
molesting two sisters.

36-year-old Samuel McWhorter Jr. Of Crooksville was arrested after authorities
were called to a Newark home on June 26th and told about the alleged abuse by a family member.

McWhorter is accused of raping one girl when she was under the age of 15 between 1994 and 1997 and touching the other sister who was under the age of 12 inappropriately in 2002.

He remains held in the Licking County Justice Center.
