Newark Man Upgraded to Good Condition Following Fatal Accident

A Newark man has been upgraded to good condition at Mount Carmel West Hospital following a June 15th accident that killed three others.
20-year-old Paul Davis Jr. was ejected from the vehicle when it hit another car at the intersection of State Route 310 and Morse Road.
The driver, 18-year-old Gabrielle Mayabb of Newark, and two passengers, 18-year-old Nicole Swigert-Moats and 25-year-old Kevin Miller, were all killed.
The driver of the other vehicle, 38-year-old Steve Neale of Westerville, did have a blood alcohol content of point one-six (0.16), which is above the legal limit.
However, no charges have been filed at this time.
