OSU President Dr. Gordon Gee

OSU President Dr. Gordon Gee’s daughter has been transferred to the OSU Medical Center in Columbus following a July 12th accident that also injured her husband.

Officials say 32-year-old Dr. Rebekah Gee and her husband, 31-year-old Dr. Allan Moore, were riding a motor scooter when they collided with an SUV at an intersection in Pennsylvania.

Both were flown to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where Allan remains in a coma.

Officials say Allan suffered abdominal and head injuries, and is now battling pneumonia.

Doctors didn’t want to separate the couple, but thought Rebekah would do better in rehabilitation at Ohio State.
