The Licking County Sheriff’s Office is looking into four reported car break-ins from over the weekend.

Officials say the incidents occurred between 11 p.m. Saturday and 8:45 a.m. Sunday within a triangular area bordered by State Route 37 to the east, Deeds Road to the south and State Route 16 to the west.

MP3 players, credit cards, gift cards, personal identification and other items were reportedly taken from the vehicles.

One victim had two credit cards stolen, and officials say they have been used at supermarkets and fast food restaurants in Newark and Heath.
