A Heath man has been indicted on charges in connection with another man’s death, who he allegedly admitted to injecting with a lethal dose of heroin.

29-year-old Jack Lepley is facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter and three other felonies.

Officials say 48-year-old Robert Brown died in his Nadine Drive apartment on April 11th from a multiple drug overdose.

Lepley was arrested four days later and charged with trafficking and possessing heroin after he reportedly sold the drug to a confidential informant.

Officials add that Lepley told them he returned to the apartment twice after the incident and thought that Brown was dead.

Lepley’s bond was set at $75,000 and his arraignment has been scheduled for July 28th.
